Our Story —

Dr. Tara Chalakani


Dr. Tara has had a long and prosperous career helping individuals and organizations become the best versions of themselves. She brings her passion, knowledge, and humor to the Welloff Podcast engaging guests and inspiring listeners. In addition to being a CEO and owner of a successful psychotherapy practice, Dr. Tara is a spiritual being that practices yoga and is a reiki master. She walks the walk and talks the talk embodying all that she helps others to achieve.


When not changing the world, she loves spending time with her family (including her 4 Dachshunds), traveling, sailing, attending concerts – essentially living her top shelf life!

Gina Simm

Gina just wrapped up three successful seasons hosting the ConvHERsation, and is now bringing her talents to the Welloff Podcast.  She is a Sales and Digital Marketing Executive for iHeartMedia by day, and writer by night. A Breast Cancer Survivor, Gina is passionate about prioritizing health and well-being and living life to the fullest.  Her pep, energy, and tell it like it is attitude encourages guests and listeners to embrace their top shelf life. 


She loves spending time with friends and family, including her 4 nieces and nephews, working out, golfing, traveling, and the beach. She is an avid Golden Girls fan and loves all Boston sports.
